Paula Ann Moore of Fort Smith, Arkansas, formerly of Charleston, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at her home. She was born on March 14, 1958, in Arroyo Grande, California, to Billy Ray Moore and Ethel (Weathers) Moore. She was 66 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray Moore and her daughter, Melissa Hall.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 13th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Mr. Howard Gossett officiating. The family will visit with friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. prior to the memorial service. All services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by two sons, Cory Hall and wife Melanie of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Michael Hall of Fort Smith; her mother, Ethel Moore of Fort Smith; a sister, Brenda Dye and husband Randy of Templeton, California; a brother, Orland Moore of Fort Smith; and three grandchildren, Katherine Hall, Kaydence Hall and Bridget Hall.
