Paul Edward Vidacak, Jr., who resided near Charleston, Arkansas, died Monday, September 23, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on August 30, 1950, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Paul Edward Vidacak, Sr. and Dorothy E. (Gumpenberger) Vidacak. He was 72 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Joseph Vidacak (Toy) and Robert Wittneben.
For several years, Paul was a machine operator for Klein Tools, Inc. in Fort Smith and was of the Catholic faith. He loved the outdoors, fishing, and trips to the ballgames. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Rosary service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 1st at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston. Following the rosary service, a memorial mass service will be officiated by Father Norman McFall. Inurnment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
He is survived by his sister and brother, Shirley Bollman and Peter Vidacak. Paul was an uncle, a great-uncle, and cousin. He is also survived by his neighbor and close friends, Pete and Jackie Reyman.
