Paul James Horner, 65, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Friday, November 12, 2021, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born on May 21, 1956. He was 65 years old.
Paul was a Vietnam War veteran.
He is survived by his companion of 18 years, Patty Seutmaker of Fort Smith; his daughter, Bobbi Jo Coddington of Portville, New York; five grandchildren, Kyle, Kelsey, Karley, Jenna, and Jaycee.
