Patrick Wayne Slay of Rudy, Arkansas, died Thursday, January 19, 2023, at his home. He was born on April 11, 1958, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to the late Thomas L. Slay and Edith C. (Cope) Slay. He was 64 years old.

Patrick was a mechanic and was a jack of all trades.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Penny L. (Grant) Slay; two daughters, Tabitha Medford of Van Buren and Serina Miears of Fort Smith; two grandchildren, Mason Medford and Ava Hilburn.
