Patricia Ann Starkey of Arkoma, Oklahoma, died Friday, February 28, 2025, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on October 10, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Henry Daniel Dahl and Evelyn Mary (Cannon) Dahl. She was 82 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents and a great-granddaughter, Brianna Fern Rylands.

Patricia grew up in Lemont, Illinois, and attended Lockport West High School. She was an avid animal lover saving any animal big or small. She loved her job as a dog groomer and working as the dog catcher in her area. She enjoyed four-wheeling, target shooting, and going to car shows. She loved her family very much and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Raymond Lee Starkey; a daughter, Lyn Dahl and companion, Scott Hileman of Denver, Indiana; a brother, Michael Dahl; six grandchildren, Josh Rylands, Jeremy Rylands, Jared Rylands, Jon Rylands, Justin Rylands and Jessica (Rylands) Bex; eighteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
