Patricia Ann Rester

Patricia Ann Rester of Charleston, Arkansas, died Monday, March 9, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on October 7, 1955, in Portland, Oregon, to the late August Link and Marjorie (Turner) Link. She was 70 years old. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cassandra Kay Rester; and a sister, Edith Link.

Patricia was a retired LPN.

She is survived by a daughter, Kerensa Gothard; two sons, T.J. Link and Cody Black; a sister, Cindy Ibert; two brothers, Dennis Link and August Link, Jr.; (9) grandchildren, Austin Gothard, Gabriel Gothard, Nathaniel Gothard, Cassandra Link, Joshua Black, Madison Link, Caleb Black, Zoey Black, and Allen Link; and (5) great-grandchildren.

There will be a public viewing at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12th at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.  Cremation will follow after the family viewing.
