Patricia Ann Hopkins of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Wednesday, October 25, 2023, in the Heart of Hospice Inpatient Unit at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born on August 6, 1937, in Lincoln, Nebraska, to the late Eugene Eggering and Louise (O'Brien) Eggering. She was 86 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Stephen Bee Hopkins.

Patricia was a homemaker and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder-day Saints.

A memorial graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 3rd at Fort Smith National Cemetery.

She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Wood of Fort Smith; three sons, Bobby Sweeney of Kansas City, Kansas, Kim Hopkins of Greenwood, and Wade Hopkins of Fort Smith; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
