Obituary

Pamela Smith Wilson, who resided near Paris, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Booneville, Arkansas. She was born December 3, 1919, in Atmore, Alabama, to the late Walter Smith and Edith (Henderson) Smith. She was 100 years old. She was preceded in death also by her husband, Harry W. Wilson.

Pamela was a beautician, a cattle farmer, and a faithful member of Coles Chapel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Valerie W. Sandell and husband Allan of Subiaco, Arkansas; a grandson, Scott A. Sandell of La Jolla, California and two great-granddaughters.

A Memorial service will be incorporated into the 9:30 a.m. church service on Sunday, October 18, 2020, at Coles Chapel United Methodist Church and inurnment will be private.  Due to the COVID-19 directive from the Arkansas Department of Health, you must wear a mask when social distancing is not possible.  We ask for your patience and appreciate your cooperation at this time.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
