Obituary
Opal Charlotte Skidgel resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, September 30, 2010 in Paris. She was born December 28, 1935 in Lindsay, California to the late Henry Clay Jackson and Leta Mae (Schamblee) Jackson. She was 74 years old.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Clayton, Robert, and Bill Jackson.
Opal was a housewife and member of the Brooklyn Free Will Baptist Church near Ratcliff.
The body was cremated under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
There is no memorial service scheduled at this time.
She is survived by her husband, Homer Skidgel; two sisters, Leta Joy Flowers of Booneville and Linda White of Paris; one brother, Tom Jackson of Tacoma, Washington.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Clayton, Robert, and Bill Jackson.
