Ollie Mae Wilson (known as "Pinky") who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, transitioned from this life surrounded in love Friday, September 16, 2022, in Spiro, Oklahoma. She was born on February 8, 1956, in El Paso, Texas, to the late Rev. Charles I. Wilson Sr and Edna B. Wilson. She was 66 years old.
Ollie worked at Simmons Foods for 21 years. She enjoyed singing, helping others and was an animal lover. She embodied resilience and her bold, fun-loving spirit and humor will certainly be missed!
She is survived by a son, Charles Ray Jones Jr. and his wife Lisa of Spiro, Oklahoma; a daughter, Edna "Treece" Ward of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Charles Jr. and Thomas Wilson; two sisters, Edna "Susan" and Patricia Wilson of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and Silverina Wilson of Seattle, Washington; four grandchildren, Whitney, Elijah, Evan and Jacob; two great-grandchildren, Xavier and Liam; and a dog, "Mad".
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Glioblastoma Foundation at www.glioblastomafoundation.org and/or cards can be sent to the family at 16866 McGinnis Drive, Spiro, Oklahoma 74959.
