Nyia Toua Xiong, 84, of Scranton, Arkansas passed away Monday, March 9, 2026. He was born on September 6, 1941, in Nanyon, Loas, to the late Chaileng Xiong and Poua Vang.

Funeral services will be held starting Saturday, May 2nd, Sunday, May 3rd, and Monday, May 4th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Burial will follow after the morning service on Monday, May 4th at Oakwood Cemetery in Paris, Arkansas, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
