Naomi Ruth Hawkins, who resided in Branch, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2022, in Fort Smith. She was born March 8, 1947, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to the late William O Hawkins and Sallie Inez Reynolds Hawkins. She was 75 years old.  She is preceded in death by her sister, Betty Mainer.

Naomi received a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and was a Nurse Practitioner.  She was a member of First Baptist Church Branch.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston officiated by Rev. Tim Hobbs. Burial will be at Hampton Cemetery, north of Branch, Arkansas.  Arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

Naomi is survived by one niece, Cindy Hendren and husband, Brad of Lavaca; two nephews, Donnie Mainer and his wife Alice of Paris and Doug Mainer of Branch.

Pallbearers are Clint Mainer, Mitch Hendren, Brad Hendren, Alan Whitson, Carl Mainer and John Turner.

The family visitation will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, June 10 ^th at the funeral home.
