Obituary

Myong Suke Warner, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Monday, September 26, 2022, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born on August 15, 1960, in Seoul, Korea to Richard Warner and Sam Sun (Kim) Warner. She was 62 years old. She was preceded in death by her father.

Suke graduated from Charleston High School and U of A Fort Smith campus, formerly Westark Community College. She worked at Southern Steel and Wire for 15 years before going to work for Rheem Heating and Air for 29 years. She enjoyed cooking, arts and crafts, listening to music, going to concerts, and going out to dinner, and movies. She was of the Baptist faith. Suke was a beloved daughter, friend, and coworker. She left us too soon and will be truly missed by many.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 29th at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Rev. Young Doo Kim officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston. Viewing will begin after 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.

She is survived by her mother, Sam Sun (Kim) Warner of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and friend, Bonnie Ellis of Mountainburg, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be friends.
