Misty Lynn McClellan, who resided near Ozark, Arkansas, passed from this world on Sunday, July 11, 2021, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born May 26, 1977, in Fort Smith, to Gary Eugene Ethridge and Annabelle Cook Ethridge. She was 44 years old. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gene and Kathryn Ethridge and Clyde and Melba Cook.

Misty was a surgical technologist and had worked several years at both Mercy Hospital and Sparks Hospital (Baptist Health) in Fort Smith. She was also a traveling surgical technologist at AMN Healthcare, Inc. She was a 1995 graduate of County Line High School and member of Branch First Baptist Church. Misty loved her family and friends very much and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 15th at First Baptist Church in Branch, with Pastor Tim Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her son, Garrett McClellan; her parents, Gary and Anna Ethridge; two sisters, Melanie Phillips and Marla Ward; two nieces, Megan Dennis and McKenzie Ethridge; three nephews, Nicholas Pitchford, Parker Ethridge and Jeremy Furstenberg; and her life partner, Bobby Joe McClellan.

Pallbearers are Nick Pitchford, Jeremy Furstenberg, Parker Ethridge, Colt Milsap, Eddie Graham, Mark Clark, and Tanner Coleman.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
