Mildred Ruth Williams, who resided in Cedarville, Arkansas, died Thursday, February 11, 2021, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born April 8, 1940, in Pawpaw Bottoms, Oklahoma, to the late John Robert Taylor and Cleo (Keadle) Taylor. She was 80 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Taylor Williams.

Mildred retired from Whirlpool, Inc. in Fort Smith.

She is survived by two daughters, Donna Thacker of Cedarville and Patti Cole of Van Buren; a son, Carl Carter of Texas; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
