Michael Leon Robertson, who resided near Magazine, Arkansas, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017, in Houston, Texas. He was born April 8, 1957, in Corona, California to Finety Leon Robertson and Ramona (Storts) Robertson. He was 59 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Finety Leon Robertson.

Michael was of the Methodist faith.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 13th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with the Rev. Judy Hall officiating. Burial will be at Clark Chapel Cemetery, located south of Paris in the Cox Valley community, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by his wife, Mona (Bowerman) Robertson; two daughters, Amanda Shipman and husband Sean of Magazine and Leah Young and companion Michael Springer of Magazine; his mother, Ramona Robertson of Booneville; one sister, Donna Plemmons and husband Robbie of Magazine; one brother, Larry Robertson of Booneville; six grandchildren, Colton and Lauren Young, Dakota and Lillie Shipman, Jacoby Young, and Gunner Springer.

Pallbearers will be Lewis Osborn, Dean Stout, Brian Cooksey, Tommy Robinson, Darrell Storts, Mike Abrahamson, Daymond Catlett, James Plemmons and Randy Bryan.

Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.

Family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night at the funeral home.
