Obituary
Michael William Hatfield resided in Clarksville, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2009, at the National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was born May 28, 1944 in Bakersfield, California to the late Russell Hatfield and Ann Boyles Hatfield. He was 64 years old.
He was the parts manager for Fort Smith Boat Sales in Fort Smith and was a member of the First Assembly of God in Paris.
The body will be cremated and a memorial service will be at the Tate Cemetery, northwest of Charleston, at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of the home; three sons, Brian Hatfield of Fort Smith, Ronnie Hatfield of Colorado, and Matt Horton of Lamar; three step-daughters, Lisa Horton of Lamar, Winnie Asher of Lavaca and Sarah Uselton of Lamar; one sister, Cheryl Harris of Blytheville, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
