Michael Leon Dunn, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Monday, March 27, 2017, in Fort Smith. He was born August 30, 1963, in Ozark, Arkansas to Leon and Judy (Oviatt) Dunn. He was 53 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Dunn; and one niece, Christie Bullington.

Michael was a visual design manager for Dillard's in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a 1981 graduate of County Line High School and a member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 30th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Burial will be at Hampton Cemetery, located north of Branch, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by his mother, Judy of Fort Smith; two sisters, Diana Fitzgerald of Charleston and Julie Shelton and husband Darrell of Lavaca; two nieces, Britney Fitzgerald and Stacy Adams; two nephews, Jason Fitzgerald and Josh Parker; and seven great-nephews.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Dunn, Keith Dunn, Darrell Shelton, Jason Fitzgerald, Josh Parker, John Clay Parker, Mason Walter, and Shane Adams.

Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Fitzgerald, Coltin Fitzgerald, Cooper Fitzgerald, and Joseph Dunn.
