IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mary Louvee
Kirkwood
July 27, 1954 – November 27, 2022
Mary Louvee Kirkwood, who resided near New Blaine, Arkansas, died Sunday, November 27, 2022, at her home. She was born on July 27, 1954, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, to the late Clifford Furer and Carmen (Gipson) Furer. She was 68 years old. She was preceded in death by a son, John Kirkwood.
Mary was a homemaker. She was always the rock to the family, doing so many things to help anyone who needed help including changing bandages for the wounded. She enjoyed time with her family and worked hard to keep them in line. She was the one the family all turned too for everything and she lived for doing this. She loved to fish, sew and prepare huge meals even when she complained about doing it. She was the Facebook queen. Nothing got her if it was Facebook.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Thomas H. Kirkwood; her children, Diane Winton of New Blaine, Jeremy Kirkwood and friend, Ashley of Van Buren and friend to her son John, Cindy Weaver; three sisters, Betty Dorr of Hackett, Linda Furer and husband Frank Piccinelli of Scranton, and Beatrice Goldsmith and husband Randy of Van Buren; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three nieces, and three nephews.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris, 2200 East Walnut St. Paris, AR 72855 (479) 963-2004.
