Mary A. Elkins, 53, of Lavaca, Arkansas, died Sunday, May 27, 2007 in a Fort Smith Hospital. She was born August 29, 1963 in Bakersfield, California. She was a CNA Supervisor for Greenhurst Nursing Home in Charleston and a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Central City, Arkansas.

She is survived by her husband, Galer of the home; One daughter, Angela Durham of Charleston; Two sons; Adam and Anthony Elkins both of the home.; One sister, Thelma Hale of Bakersfield, California; One brother; Charlie Brown of Charleston, Arkansas.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Arbuckle Island Cemetery, on hwy 96 east of Lavaca, Arkansas

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 Wednesday night at the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
