Mary Kay Butler resided in Branch, Arkansas, passed away Monday, February 22, 2010 in a Fort Smith hospital. She was born February 11, 1938 in Bay City, Texas to the late Jack Riddle and Frances (Phillips) Riddle. She was 72 years old.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Marion Lee Butler.
Kay was a homemaker, member of the Catholic Y Group and a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston.
Rosary service will be 7:00 p.m., Wednesday night at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 25th, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston, with Father Peter Sharum, O.S.B officiating. Burial will be at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
She is survived by two daughters, Laura Lewis of Hope Mills, North Carolina and Jennifer Clift of Ozark; one son, Kenneth Buffaloe of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and two grandchildren.
