Mark Edward Fowler of Barling, Arkansas, died Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at CHI St. Vincent North in Sherwood, Arkansas. He was born on February 12, 1959, in Charleston, Arkansas, to the late Clarence Edward Fowler and June Ellen (Builderback) Fowler. He was 64 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Steve Fowler.

He is survived by two brothers, Dennis Fowler and wife Betty of Muldrow, Oklahoma, and Danny Russell and wife Peggy of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and sister-in-law, Janet Fowler of Lavaca, Arkansas.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 20th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston.

Cremation and services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
