Margie Faye (Williams) Underhill, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born August 22, 1945 in Altus, Arkansas to the late Duff Nolen Reed and Ester Mae (Darter) Reed. She was 69 years old. She was also preceded in death by her two husbands, Calvin Williams and Sammie Joe Underhill; four sisters, Mary Butler, Hazel King, Jessie Askins, and Fannie McHaney; one brother, Johnny Reed.

Margie was a homemaker and member of the Assembly of God faith.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 7th, at Tate Cemetery, located northwest of Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

Officiating the service will be the Rev. Buddy Corbell.

She is survived by her daughter, Yvonna Sharum and husband Randy of Charleston; two sisters, Reba Morse of Alma and Betty Morse of Dyer; two grandsons, Benjamin Sharum and partner Marcus Sharum of Springdale and Keith Sharum and wife Ashley of Charleston; one granddaughter, Claire Goswick of Fort Smith; three great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Lane and Gunnar Sharum.

Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday night at the funeral home.
