Marcia Lynn McMullin of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at her home. She was born on September 18, 1948, in Fort Smith to the late James Lockhart and Opal (Webb) Lockhart. She was 74 years old. She was also preceded in death by a son, James Haggard.

Marcia was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Richard C. McMullin; a son, Richard Haggard of Fort Smith; a brother, James Lockhart and wife Sonya of Van Buren; and a grandson, D.J. Haggard of Quitman, Oklahoma.
