Nora Lynn Meyers, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022, in Fort Smith. She was born on August 1, 1970, in Booneville, Arkansas, to Norman G. Mitchum and Lenora P. (Martin) Mitchum. She was 51 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Norman G. Mitchum.

Nora was a homemaker and a member of Rye Hill Baptist Church in Fort Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 21st at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Pastor Mike Franklin officiating. Burial will follow at Nixon Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her husband, Heath Edward Meyers of the home; her mother, Lenora Mitchum of Charleston; a daughter, Samantha Pettit and husband Justin of Greenwood; a brother, Allen Mitchum and wife Grace of Greenwood; a sister, Lisa Accardi and husband Alan of Nashville, Tennessee; and three grandchildren, Brenna, Hayes, and Josiah Pettit.

Pallbearers will be Doyle Thresher, Landin Holmes, Carl Schneider, Don Crook, Lonnie Binyon, and Scott Warren.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
