Lyndel Keith Lile, Sr. of Barling, Arkansas, died Sunday, August 27, 2023, at his home. He was born on August 15, 1941, in Scranton, Arkansas, to the late Hubert Lynn Lile and Hazel Irene Green Lile. He was 82 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Ann Robberson.

Lyndel was a retired Journeyman Carpenter for the State of Arkansas, and he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 30th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with Bro. Gary Grisham officiating. Burial will be at Baxley Cemetery in Paris at a later date. Cremation arrangements and services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dwala Campbell Lile; his daughter, Lynn Lile Wright and husband John of Alexander, Arkansas; his son, Keith Lile of Barling; five grandchildren, Logan Wright, Jacob Wright, Tripp Lile and wife Morgan, Taylor Lile and Zack Lile; and one great-grandson, T.J. Jones.
