Lucille Rose Wilbur, who resided in Fort Smith, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at her home. She was born May 19, 1943, in Binghamton, New York, to the late Louis Abraham Brown and LuLu Rose McCall Brown. She was 75 years old. She was preceded in death by a son, Keith Herbert.
Lucille was a homemaker and worked numerous jobs. She was a member of Moffett Baptist Church in Moffett, Oklahoma.
Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 21st., at Moffett Baptist Church, located on 303 Belt St., with Pastor Harold Yates officiating.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard Alan Wilbur; one daughter, Angel Wilbur of New York; six sons, John Herbert of New York, Wade Herbert and Jeff Herbert, both of Fort Smith, Shawn Herbert of New York, Jimmi Herbert of Fort Smith and Richard Wilbur, Jr. of Booneville; two sisters, LuLu Brown of Pennsylvania and Jane Nichols of New York; two brothers, Bill Brown and Jerry Brown, both of New York; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Cremation Services in Fort Smith.
