Lowell Neil Webb, who resided near Greenwood, Arkansas, died Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in Fort Smith. He was born on March 20, 1965, in Subic Bay, Philippines, to the late Lowell E. Webb and Clara E. (Wood) Webb. He was 56 years old. He was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Webb.

Lowell worked as a roadside assistance for FleetNet America and served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Marilyn (McClain) Webb; a son, Criston McClain and wife Elizabeth of Gulf Port, Mississippi; a daughter, Courtney Cox and husband Patrick of Fort Smith; a sister, Stacey Kennedy and husband Raymond of Waldron; four grandchildren, Tobyn McClain, Grayson Webb, Sara McClain, and Trae Webb.

A memorial graveside service, with military honors, will be held at Fort Smith National Cemetery at a later date. Date and time will be posted soon.
