Louise Tusing, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Friday, October 23, 2015 in Fort Smith. She was born December 4, 1937 in Ozark, Arkansas. She was 77 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Dean Tusing; and one brother, Jimmy Hood.
Louise was a retired accountant for Holt-Krock Clinic in Fort Smith and was a member of Haven Heights Baptist Church in Fort Smith.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 27th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin Tusing of Fort Smith; her son, Roger Tusing and wife Julie of Fort Smith; five grandchildren, Mandie Wasson Cochrane, Jeffery Wasson and wife Sarah, Shawn Doughty, Christian Tusing, and Caitlin Tusing; six great-grandchildren, Destiny Bullington, Hayley Cochrane, Trystan Cochrane, Timothy Cochrane, Josslyn Wasson, and Evelyn Wasson.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Doughty, Jeffery Wasson, Christian Tusing, Steven Vaughn, Darrin Hewitt, and Dewayne Tusing.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Hewitt and David Hewitt.
The Louise Tusing family would like to say a special "Thank You" to Home Instead Senior Care for the care of their mother for the past several years, allowing her to remain in her home, independent, and be happy.
Family will visit with friends 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 25th, at the funeral home.
