Louella Jean Reed, who resided in the Cox Valley community, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born December 28, 1970, in Pike County, Arkansas, to Jerry Thomas and Shirley (Wilson) Thomas. She was almost 48 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Thomas.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Gary Reed; three sons, Jesse Reed of Spiro, Oklahoma, Jason Reed and Jeremy Reed, both of Booneville; her mother, Shirley Thomas of Roseville; three brothers, Todd Thomas and Ty Thomas, both of Roseville and Willie Keith Farmer of Florida.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 16th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Vondal Davenport officiating the service. Burial will be at Caulksville Cemetery in Caulksville, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

Pallbearers will be Jesse Reed, Jason Reed, and Jeremy Reed, and friends of the family.
