Loretta Fay Williams of Charleston, Arkansas, died Thursday, October 16, 2025, at her home. She was born on May 23, 1945, in Oxnard, California, to the late Frank Deramo and Annie Jane (Ming) Deramo. She was 80 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Kenneth Williams; her daughter, Cindy Renee Watson; two sisters, Dortha Deramo and Velma Shepheard; and a brother, Willie Deramo.

Loretta was a homemaker. She was a former member of Lawbreakers and Peacemakers, enjoyed going to the casino, family gatherings, and listening to gospel music. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 20th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Bro. Kenneth Richardson officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Paris, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her son-in-law, Dean Watson of Branch; a brother, Frankie Deramo and wife Alice of Van Buren; a sister, Glenda Wilkins of Springdale; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be family members.

The family will visit with friends on Monday prior to the funeral service beginning at 10:00 a.m. and the service starting at 11:00 a.m.
