Lonnie Ray Whitley, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022, at his home. He was born on May 30, 1958, in Torrence, California, to the late Clifton Melvin Whitley and Kathy JoAnn (David) Whitley. He was 63 years old. He was preceded in death by a son, Clifton Ray Whitley.

He was a self-employed mechanic and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Paris.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 28th at Paint Rock Cemetery, located south of Paris, with Rev. Larry Horne officiating. Services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by three sons, Kevin Whitley of Ozark, Andrew Whitley of Lima, Ohio, and Travis Whitley of Corydon, Indiana; a daughter, Kathy Rae Whitley of Perryville, Arkansas; two brothers, Clinton Whitley and wife Judy of Paris and Ronnie Whitley of Paris; and fifteen grandchildren.

Public viewing will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Paris.
