Linda Louise Kinard of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Sunday, February 12, 2023, at her home. She was born on November 21, 1960, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Owen Darrell Lawrence and Hazel Louise (Gamble) Lawrence. She was 62 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Owen Darrell Lawrence.

She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Taylor and husband Randy and Tina Vota and husband Dominic, all of Fort Smith; her mother and step-father, Hazel and Bulius Williams of Fort Smith; a sister, Janeen Clark and husband Joel of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two brothers, Billy Lawrence and wife Joyce and Wayne Williams and wife Nicole, all of Fort Smith; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a cousin, Debbie Biddle of Florida.
