Obituary

Linda Joy Davis, who resided near Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on March 18, 1949, in Hollywood, California, the only child to the late Al and May (Schmader) Kennedy. She was 73 years old.

Linda was self-employed and a member of the Charleston Jayceettes. She loved spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies included horseback riding, water sports, traveling and gambling. She enjoyed going to the casino with her dear friends Janie and Brenda.  She was also a member of First United Methodist Church in Charleston.

Memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3rd at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Burial of cremains will be buried at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 4 th at Morris Cemetery in Bloomer.  Arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years and her high school sweetheart, Kyle Davis; a daughter, Tammy Logsdon and husband Scott of Tulsa, Oklahoma; a son Heath Davis and wife Karen of Lavaca; five grandchildren, Tara (Jamie) Childers, Tyler (Shawna) Davis, Tiffany (Garett) Scott, Gracelyn and Katie Logsdon; six great-grandchildren, Beau and Millie Childers, Cooper and Collins Davis and Finn and Kord Scott.

Linda was dearly loved by her family and and friends and will be greatly missed.  She will remain forever in her family's hearts.
