Leticia Celeste Deleon was born in the Philippines on November 19, 1943, and lived until Monday, October 25, 2021. She passed away in Hackett, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Oxner also known as Jaime Deleon, and two of her children, Mario and Hermenia Magbanua.

Leticia leaves her son, Orlando Deleon and his wife Aida; daughters, Luz Boden and Lisa Myers and her three children, James, Alex, and Celeste, Helen Parish and her husband, Sam; and many other grandchildren and relatives and loved ones in the Philippines.

Leticia passed surrounded by the four of her remaining children.
