Leonard Krupcznski, who resided in the Cox Valley Community, near Paris, Arkansas, passed away Monday, October 27, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born April 3, 1930 in Mendon, New York to the late Joseph Krupcznski and Rose (Wozniak) Krupcznski. He was 84 years old.
Leonard was a retired heavy equipment mechanic in Hawthorne, California. He was also a 22 year retired U.S. Marine Corps Korean War veteran and was a protestant.
He is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Sandra (Notley) Krupcznski; two step-sons, Robbie Murphy of Poway, California and Kent Murphy of Paris, Arkansas; three step-grandchildren.
Graveside services with "Full Military Honors" will be held at Dearborn Memorial Park Cemetery in Poway, California, under the direction of Poway Bernardo Mortuary in Poway.
There are no services or public viewing in Paris. Local arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
