Larry Allen Hearn of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Methodist Village Senior Living in Fort Smith. He was born on November 20, 1950, in Fort Smith to the late Curtis Hearn and Nina Carolyn (Keller) Hearn. He was 75 years old.
Larry was a graduate of Southside High School in Fort Smith. For 42 years, Larry worked in maintenance at Whirlpool, Inc. in Fort Smith. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and going to garage sales. He loved his family very much and will be missed by everyone who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, January 30th at First Southern Baptist Church in Central City, with Pastor Russ Tyler officiating.
He is survived by two daughters, Derenda Smith and husband Jason of Fort Smith and Miranda House and husband Adam of Van Buren; a son, Clyfton Hearn and wife Tonya of Lavaca; two sisters, Jo Ann Silk and husband Roger of Bruce Crossing, Michigan, and Kathy Wiley and husband Earl of Natural Dam; three brothers, Ronn Hearn and wife Danna of Eureka Springs, Kenny Hearn and wife Julia of Mansfield, and Tim Hearn and wife Lisa of Fort Smith; (5) grandchildren, Taylee Loukota and husband Brandon, Cayden Hearn and wife Kenzie, Zoey Smith, Simon Smith, and Lily House; and three great-grandchildren, Levi Loukota, August Loukota, and Layken Hearn.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 29th at First Southern Baptist Church in Central City.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
