Lagretta C. Wheeler, who resided in Havana, Arkansas, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at her home. She was born February 5, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late George Garland, Sr. and Norby Mae (Mitchell) Garland. She was 67 years old. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jim Wheeler.

Lagretta was a homemaker and was of the Assembly of God faith.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 1st at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with Rev. Randy Henry officiating. Burial will be at Cook Cemetery on Calico Mountain, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

She is survived by one daughter, Debra Fink of Havana; one brother, William Garland of Visalia, California, and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Mark Clark, Silas Drywater, Roy Burrows, Danny Bullock, Corey Fink, and Don Fink.

Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m. Monday night at the funeral home.
