Kevin Dale Mitchell, who resided near Gans, Oklahoma, died Friday, March 21, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on March 21, 1956, in Turlock, California, to the late Gordon Peck Mitchell and Hester Jane (Melvin) Mitchell. He was 69 years old.

He is survived by his wife of almost 22 years, Vicky (Troxell) Mitchell; a step-daughter, Amber Tevis of San Francisco, California; a sister, Judy Moore and a brother, Steve Mitchell, both of Turlock, California.
