Kenny Ray Hutchins, who resided near Charleston, Arkansas, was found on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at his home. He was born on February 4, 1968, in Ozark, Arkansas, to the late William Ralph Hutchins and Shrildy (Houser) Hutchins. He was 55 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Bill Hutchins, Bob Hutchins, and Johnny Cox; and three sisters, Virginia Crawford, Betty Hutchins-Gibson and Lodema Ramsey.

Kenny was a 1986 class member of County Line High School.

He is survived by his twin brother, Tim Hutchins and wife Monica of Branch, J.C. Hutchins and wife Paula of Lavaca, Warren Hutchins of Charleston, and Joel Cox and wife Beverly of Lavaca; his sisters, Jessica Lucky of Lavaca, Clara Sills and Retha Veal, both of Alaska; and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 17th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Burial of cremains will be at Island Cemetery, located northeast of Lavaca.

Cremation and services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
