Obituary

Kennith Ray Weaver, 71, of Greenwood, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born in Charleston, Arkansas, on January 21, 1954, to the late Bill Weaver and Mary Laurene (Williams) Weaver.

Kennith worked at Whirlpool for 35 ½ years until he retired. His favorite pass time was hunting and being outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Heath Weaver and Derek Weaver, and a stepson, Mark Conner.

He is survived by his wife, T.J. (Pinkerton) Weaver; a son, Kenny Weaver and wife Christy of Booneville; two sisters, Pat Graham and husband Frank and Lesa Sutherland, all of Lavaca; three brothers, Charlie Weaver and wife Betty, Gerald Weaver, and Don Weaver and wife Eleanor, all of Lavaca; (5) grandchildren; and (10) great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 17th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Rev. Buddy Corbell officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Ridge Cemetery, east of Lavaca, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

Pallbearers are Mike Weaver, Sam Weaver, Larry Wayne McCollum, James Pinkerton, Ben Pinkerton, and Rick Pierce.

Honorary pallbearers are Kennith Wilson, Larry Brewton, Sharon Childers, and Karon Nelms.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
