Obituary

Kenneth Fulmer, who resided near Scranton, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at his home. He was born June 12, 1936, in Subiaco in Logan County to the late Fay Fulmer and Willie P. (Huffman) Fulmer. He was 80 years old.

Kenneth was a dairy farmer and a truck driver. He served 10 years on the Scranton School Board, served as church clerk, deacon, and he was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 27th, at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, with Bro. Steve Shepherd and Bro. Tom Dicus officiating the service. Burial will be at McKendree Cemetery, located north of Subiaco, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Nenah Jean (Cravens) Fulmer; one daughter, Ellen Schluterman and husband Sam of Subiaco; two sons, Charles Fulmer and wife Terry of Fort Smith and Mark Fulmer and wife Anna of Scranton; one sister, Wilma Jean Clark of Van Buren; five grandchildren, Jessica Philmon, Brad Schluterman, Jeff Schluterman, JonMark Fulmer, and Marana Fulmer; four great-grandchildren, with one on the way very soon.

Pallbearers will be Brad Schluterman, Jeff Schluterman, JonMark Fulmer, Max Philmon, Bud Inman, and Roy Houser.

Family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday night at the funeral home.
