Kathy Louise Hart, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born on August 25, 1949, in Cecil, Arkansas, to the late Coy Andrew Mantooth and Betty Colene (Smith) Mantooth. She was 72 years old. She was preceded in death by her half-brother, Larry Mantooth, her step-mother, Helen Mantooth, and two step-brothers, Jim Childers and Bob Childers.

She is survived by a daughter, Jaime Shatto of Mico, Texas; a son, Todd M. Hart of San Antonio, Texas; a sister, Robbin Newton and husband Raymond of Fort Smith; a half-brother, Ron Mantooth of Ozark; and four grandchildren.
