Kathleen Ann Karsikas, who resided in Fort Smith, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019, in Fort Smith. She was born February 18, 1943, in Sacramento, California, to the late Daniel Herbert Pennington and Bella Marie Azevedo Pennington. She was 75 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Karsikas.

Kathleen was a homemaker.

She is survived by four sons, Milo Walker of Fort Smith, Darrell Walker of California, Troy Meuret of Russellville and LeRoy Meuret of Missouri; several grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Cremation Services in Fort Smith.
