Kasimus Paul "Kash" Minta, who resided near Ratcliff, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2016, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born April 7, 1938, in Griswold, Connecticut to the late Charles Minta and Olive (Brashears) Minta. He was 78 years old.
Kash was a disabled veteran, and he was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Kash was an avid hunter and fisherman, and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Phyllis (Aegerter) Minta; one daughter, Katy Weymouth and husband Doug of Ratcliff; one son, Kristofor Minta and wife Katherine of Syracuse, New York; four grandchildren, Lauren Todd, Colbin Weymouth, Haygen Weymouth, and Florie Minta; his hunting buddy and best friend, Tim Smithson and family, and Justin Todd and family, who was thought of as his own son; and numerous friends and relatives.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
