Karen Jean Shaver, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015 in Paris. She was born September 16, 1947 in San Diego, California to the late Dorman Lyle and Peggy Jean Stotler. She was 67 years old. She was also preceded in death by one son, Dorman Paul Shaver.
Karen previously worked at the Pants Factory in Paris, was a caregiver, and attended First Assembly of God in Paris.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 10th, at Cemetery Ridge Cemetery, located south of Ozark, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Kenny Maness.
She is survived by one son, Billy Shaver and his fiancée, Amber Owens of Ozark; three daughters, Teresa, Dion, and Frances; one brother, Earl Stotler of Oregon; two grandsons, Gabe and Zane Shaver.
Family will visit with friends 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday night at the funeral home.
Public viewing will begin at noon on Monday.
