Judy Carolyn Moore, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021, in Fort Smith. She was born on August 25, 1953, in Savanna, Tennessee to the late Rassie Holly and Beatrice (Meyers) Holly. She was 68 years old. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Moore.

She was an employee of the county jail in Gardner, Kansas.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Richey of the home; a brother, Jerry Holly of Gardner, Kansas; and three grandchildren.
