Joyce Jean (Frost) Overton, who resided near Branch, Arkansas, died Sunday, May 16, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born January 31, 1951, in Paris, Arkansas, to the late Darvin Eston Frost and Violette Joyce Mars Frost. She was 70 years old. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Frost; a sister, Donna Jendreas; and a grandson, James Hurley.

Joyce was a homemaker.

She is survived by a son, Aaron Jackson Sanders and wife Nancy of Branch; four daughters, Jamie Collingswood and husband Mike of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jennifer Clay of Branch, Dana Knight of Leesburg, Florida, and Jessica Ross and husband Brian of Charleston; a brother, Wayne Frost of Branch; (14) grandchildren, Katelynne, Kourtnie, Adam, and Kailey Sanders, Tiffani Knight, Cassandra, Zachary, and Demetri Clay, Randy and Jessie Hurley, Michael Helton, and Sarah and Laura Collingswood; and (18) great-grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
