Josie Carolyn Huddleston of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Friday, December 20, 2024, at a Fort Smith hospital. She was born on December 17, 1945, in Mulberry, Arkansas, to the late William Henry Edwards and Electa (Smith) Edwards. She was 79 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; her life-long partner, Bobby Joe "Ray" Huddleston; three sisters, Ola Mae Perry, Mattie Knight, and Thelma Leshured; and two brothers, A.J. Edwards and Jimmy Edwards.

For several years, Josie worked and retired at Simmons Poultry in Fort Smith.

She is survived by a daughter, Robin Aikin of Fort Smith, and a grandson, Bobby Dean Aikin.
