Johnny Leon Putnam, who resided in Fort Smith, died Friday, August 7, 2020, in Van Buren. He was born May 5, 1967, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late Larry M. Putnam and Jan E. (Hogan) Putnam. He was 53 years old.

He is survived by his children, Brandon Putnam of Fort Smith and Savanna Putnam of Van Buren; a sister, Cynthia Putnam of Fort Smith.
